Steel safe deposit locker cabinets are structurally sturdy and fabricated

manufactured as per IS:5244:1991.

on the number of lockers provided. The approximate weight of the
cabinet ranges from 1,500 to 2,800 kilograms. Generally, this product

Construction and Workmanship
Body: The overall thickness of the steel safe deposit locker cabinet is 5
mm, and the cabinet is of 16- bend construction. The steel plate that
segregates the interior lockers is 2 mm thick, and these partition plates
are further horizontally reinforced with 10 mm thick mild steel plates.
Moreover, the bottom of the cabinet is rigidly strengthened with a solid
welded box, which is formed by steel angle sections of thickness 6mm.
Locker Doors: The locker doors are 10 mm thick mild steel plates firmly
hung with 18 mm thick square solid hinges. The hinges will ensure the
interlocking, which provides a pillar kind of support to the locker doors
(similar to the dog bolts).

Safe Deposit Locks: Firstly, the locks used are of a prime quality, and
each lock is composed of two independent locking terminals which are
activated by two stainless steel keys. Each locking device incorporates
dual locks, one with the master key slot, and the other with the
secondary/consumer key slot, which ensures maximum security.

Additional Renter's Lock: Besides the dual locks, On a special request
of the customer, Kammar Udyog may prolong its product customization
with the provision for a third key slot, which is referred to as 'renter's
lock'. Technically, the renter's lock consists of a separate padlock.
Safe with Safe Deposit Lockers: Kammar Steel Safe with Safe Deposit
Lockers come with genuine quality with fire- and burglar-proof. The
safe of the safe deposit lockers is a fully welded multi-corner, also, 24
bend construction with rounded corners, well strengthened bent
flanges, without the use of rivet to make it a whole integral. Besides,
the main safe is available in both single and double doors. The safe of
the safe deposit locker with a double door consists of 24 shooting bolts,
on the other hand, the single door with 14 to 16 bolts (depending upon
size).
Fine Finish: Following processes are rigorously followed to ensure the
quality finishing of the safe body:
● Before painting, all the surfaces are shot blasted (abrasive
blasting) and treated chemically to make the surface rust-free.
● After washing the surfaces, the entire safe is given a successive
coating of high-quality epoxy primer.
● Lastly, the safe is painted with rich polyurethane paint to ensure
extra smoothness plus extra resistance against scratches.
● Ultimately, the locker doors including hinges are superimposed
with stainless steel of 304 grade, which gives an impeccable
appearance to the cabinet.
